At Topa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product price will be refunded to your bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another payment method of your choice.
Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact us at return@topa.pk. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved or specially ordered items).
Pre-order items or products specially arranged on customer request.
Sale items and gift cards.
If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before requesting a return.
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your existing item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
