At Topa, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

📦 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or campaigns.

🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via our registered courier partners.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day.

⏱ Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

• During busy seasons, mega sales, or deliveries to remote/village areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

• For pre-order or customized items, delivery timelines vary. Please contact us before placing such an order.

🏙 Special Delivery (Islamabad & Rawalpindi Only)

For customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, we offer a special delivery service:

• Customers can open the package and check the product before making payment.

• To avail this option, please mention “Special Delivery” in the order comments.

• Note: This service is not available in other cities. For all other locations, parcels cannot be opened before payment.

💳 Advance Payment Policy

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from remote/village areas, partial advance payment may be required due to high cancellation risks.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

• Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

Order Cancellation Policy – Topa

We reserve the right to cancel any order. In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

❌ Reasons for Order Cancellation

• The customer has a history of placing fake or refused COD orders.

• The customer violates or misuses our Terms & Conditions.
  

• The ordered item is out of stock or did not pass our quality check.

• The customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address/contact number.

• Orders from remote/village areas where COD has been repeatedly refused — in such cases, we may request advance payment, and if refused, the order will be cancelled.

• Any other reasonable cause.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If payment has been made, refunds will be issued within 2 to 5 working days after cancellation.

• Refunds made via debit/credit card may take longer depending on bank processing times.
